Cabka and Dutch Star Companies TWO have reached final agreement on business combination.

Cabka Group GmbH (together with its subsidiaries, “Cabka”), a leading integrated circular production company, and Dutch Star Companies TWO  B.V.  ("DSCT"),  a  special  purpose acquisition company listed on Euronext Amsterdam (symbol: DSC2) have reached an agreement on forming a business combination to list as Cabka N.V. on 1 March 2022.

Voortaan wordt CABKA_IPS gewoon Cabka. Deze vereenvoudiging is op het eerste zicht geen baanbrekend nieuws, maar het is wel representatief voor het DNA van het bedrijf: continue transformatie dient als basis voor vooruitgang en ontwikkeling. Wat Cabka altijd gedreven heeft in de ontwikkeling van zijn producten is nu ook prominent zichtbaar in het bedrijf zelf.
