Cabka announces the launch of CabFold® Prime E708, a next‑generation foldable large container (FLC) designed to deliver maximum product protection, outstanding volume efficiency, and strong sustainability performance across FMCG, pharma, industrial, and automated warehouse environments. With a 708‑liter filling volume, a robust load profile (3,200 kg static / 1,590 kg dynamic / 750 kg racking), and a 73% folding ratio for reverse logistics optimization, CabFold Prime E708 sets a new standard for circular and high‑performance returnable transport packaging.
Engineered for durability, sustainability, and operational efficiency
The CabFold Prime E708 combines several key attributes designed for demanding closed‑loop operations:
- Watertight construction for safe handling of sensitive ingredients, powders, packaging materials, and hygiene‑critical goods.
- Repairable, interchangeable runners that extend product life and reduce total cost of ownership.
- High internal volume (708 L) within a compact 1210 × 811 × 988 mm footprint.
- Automation readiness, fully compatible with washing lines, conveyors, and ASRS environments.

Designed for circularity and repairability
CabFold Prime E708 is made from 100% recycled polypropylene (PP) and features repairable runners and other interchangeable components, extending product lifetime and lowering total cost of ownership. The design targets more than 200 trips per unit, supporting customers’ circularity and ESG goals by replacing one‑way packaging solutions with a durable, reusable system.
