Clean air, from the ground up
Biological exhaust-air treatment relies on micro-organisms that oxidise organic - and some inorganic - gaseous pollutants, converting them into harmless, odour-free compounds. The aeration floor is what makes this work: it distributes raw air evenly across the full footprint, directly beneath the filter media.
Cabka's elevated grating floor was developed specifically for biofilter plants and offers a durable, cost-efficient alternative to wood and concrete. Its resistance to moisture, chemicals, acids, alkalis and micro-organisms ensures a long service life - even under mechanical loads of up to 3 t for short periods.
Installation is fast and straightforward. Build height is set simply by choosing the height of the support feet, and on-site adjustments are possible with ordinary tools. Made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and fully recyclable at end of life.

Model Specifications
The system combines a load-bearing filter grating floor with modular support feet. Set the plenum height freely by choosing the foot height, then lock panels together with the tongue-and-groove edge connection.
