Impact protection offers a simple and effective way to safeguard buildings and machinery from impact damage. In a busy warehouse it is not uncommon for a forklift to accidentally drive into a rack or a post - our profiles take that hit so your fixtures don't.
Customers use the system as a baseboards and skirting in high-traffic areas, to safeguard fixtures in warehouses, production zones and delivery bays, and to protect machinery. Quick to install, it reliably prevents damage from pallet jacks, trolley carts, panel trucks and roll containers - significantly reducing maintenance costs. Made from recycled plastic, the profiles are fully recyclable and return to the raw-material cycle. Against traditional wood, the advantages are clear: it doesn't splinter, it's completely hygienic, and it leaves no room for pests.
Installation is straightforward using standard fastening materials (floor anchors). We're happy to supply a complete package including impact-protection profiles, end caps and floor anchors.

Model Specifications
Three standard profiles cover most layouts - a full-height profile, a low-profile block, and a rounded-end variant for exposed corners. All are moulded from 100% recycled plastic and can be customised to fit.
